softhome CARES 2022

When making curtains, we have fabric scraps and samples which usually ends up as trash. At softhome, we are committed to do our part for the environment and society. We want to turn these scraps into treasures.

Together with Social Gifting, a local Social Enterprise, we send these fabric scraps to seniors staying alone in rental flats. We taught them how to turn these fabrics into useful merchandises, enabling them to craft for mental wellness, alleviate isolation and generate income.

The seniors turned the scraps into one-of-a-kind Coin Pouches, Tote Bags, Bottle Holder and many more!
